Anyway 99.99% of people with coilovers *never* adjust them once they are on the car. Now looking at your profile you take the car to car shows and it probably never sees a track with 19" rims. Sooo.....If you want to have the option of lowering the car on top of the tires at a show to make it look slammed then the coilovers might work for you and I would recommend the Tein Flex system with solid pillow mounts.
